This website is operated by Terrave Home. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Terrave Home. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Products and made-to-order items
Our products are printed and sewn to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished item, and small variations in print placement are inherent to the process. Product images are illustrative; the finished piece may differ marginally in tone or positioning.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing and accuracy
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed where a product was listed at an incorrect price or with an inaccurate description, including after an order has been submitted. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, we will refund you in full.
Orders and cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once an item has entered production it can no longer be cancelled, as it is made specifically for you. See our Refund Policy for returns and our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines.
Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Third-party links and services
Our production and fulfilment are handled by third-party partners. Certain content and products available via our Service may include materials from third parties, and we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrave Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products procured through it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
