Thirty days, no drama.
We want you to love what you bring into your home. Because every Terravé piece is printed and sewn to order, please read the refund policy before purchasing. Here is the short version: you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the piece is unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
How it works
- 01Email us within 30 daysWrite to contact@terravehome.com with your order number and which piece you are returning.
- 02Send it back unusedOnce we approve the return by email, send it back unwashed, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged, defective or wrong: then we cover it in full.
- 03Refund on receiptOnce the parcel is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Want a different size or design instead?
Because each piece is made to order, an exchange is a return plus a new order. Write to us within the same 30 days and we will help you place it.
Changed your mind right after ordering? Cancellation is free as long as production has not started. Once your piece is in production it is being made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled.
