Every Terravé piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your cushion is printed and sewn after you place your order, then shipped with tracking. Count 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order to the moment it reaches your door. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can stretch them.

Good to know
- 01Check your addressWe cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. An order returned to us for a wrong address may cost a reshipping fee.
- 02Watch the trackingThe tracking number arrives by email when the piece leaves. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours.
