Shipping policy

Every Terrave Home piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your cushion is printed and sewn after you place your order.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 5-8 business days, from the moment you order to the moment it reaches your door. This applies to the United States, the United Kingdom and international destinations.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak seasons can extend delivery times.

Shipping rates

Free shipping applies to US delivery addresses on orders of US $75 or more after discounts. Below this threshold, and for destinations outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart. Any applicable rates are shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimate above, contact us at contact@terravehome.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
