Is the pillow insert included?
Each design exists in two versions. Cover only ships without an insert: use one about 2 in larger than the cover for a full look. Throw pillow with insert ships ready to use, with a polyester insert sized 2 to 3 in larger than the cover. The product page tells you which one you are on and lets you switch.
What is the cover made of?
100% faux suede with a soft matte finish, printed on both sides by dye sublimation so the color is in the fabric. Concealed zipper. Sizes 14, 16, 18 and 20 in, with a variance of about half an inch.
Are the colors exactly as shown?
We use fade-resistant inks matched as closely as possible to the photos, but every screen is different. Expect the same warm, earthy palette, with slight variation possible.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is printed for you after you order: 2 to 5 business days of production, then tracked shipping. Count 5 to 8 business days from order to door. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes on US orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. See the shipping policy for details.
Care
How do I clean a cover?
Check the care instructions on your product page and the sewn-in label before cleaning. If you are unsure, email contact@terravehome.com and we will help.
How do I make a pillow look full?
Use an insert 2 in larger than the cover: a 20 in cover with a 22 in insert. Our ready-to-use pillows already do this.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the piece is unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Email contact@terravehome.com with your order number first: returns sent without approval cannot be accepted. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged, defective or wrong, in which case we cover it. Full details in the refund policy.
Can I exchange for another size or design?
Write to us within the same 30 days. Because each piece is made to order, an exchange is a return plus a new order, and we will help you place it.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as production has not started. Once your piece is in production it is being made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled. Write to contact@terravehome.com as soon as possible.
