Orders arrive within 5-8 business days, from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your door.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order leaves our production partner, we email you a tracking link. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first scan — if the link looks empty at first, it usually just means the parcel has not been scanned yet.

If it has been more than 8 business days since you ordered and you have not received your parcel, check your spam folder for the tracking email first, then write to us at contact@terravehome.com with your order number. We will look into it straight away.
