Is the insert included?
It depends on the product you pick. Every design comes as a cover only (use an insert 2 in larger than the cover) or as a throw pillow with insert, ready to use. The product page says which one you are looking at, and lets you switch.
How long until it arrives?
Every piece is made after you order it: 2 to 5 business days of production, then tracked shipping. Count 5 to 8 business days from order to door, with a tracking number by email.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Email contact@terravehome.com with your order number to start. Full details in our refund policy.
Are the colors exactly as pictured?
We print with fade-resistant inks matched as closely as we can to the photos, but screens differ. Expect the same warm, earthy tones, with slight variation possible.
Returning something
Three steps, no drama.
Because every piece is printed to order, please read the refund policy before you buy. Here is the short version.
- 01Email us within 30 daysWrite to contact@terravehome.com with your order number and which piece you are returning.
- 02Send it back unusedOnce we approve the return by email, send it back unwashed, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged or wrong.
- 03Refund on receiptOnce the parcel is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
